WEATHER + DRESS

Dress for the evening is cocktail attire. A complimentary coat check will be available at the event.

PARKING

Ample valet parking is available for $30 at the Boston Park Plaza and is located at 34 Columbus Avenue, Boston, MA 02116. Self-parking is available at three nearby garages and rates vary: Motor Mart Garage, The 200 Stuart Street Garage, and Boston Common Parking Garage.

SHUTTLE

If you signed up for the shuttle from Regis to the Park Plaza, your spot is reserved and you don’t need to do anything else. The shuttle will leave from Parking Lot H promptly at 4:30PM, so please allow some time to get to campus and park. The shuttle will return to Regis after the event. View the campus map to see where the shuttle will pick up and drop off.

There are a limited number of complimentary shuttle seats still available. If you did not sign up for the shuttle but would like to, please call Kristyn Gondola at 781.768.7221 and she can reserve your spot if space is still available.

 

TICKETS

No actual tickets are needed at the event. Signage will direct you to the event space so just bring yourself and check in at our registration table on the mezzanine level when you arrive to receive your nametag and other materials.

 

FOOD + DRINK

The cocktail reception will begin promptly at 6 o’clock and will be followed by a seated dinner and program. If you indicated any dietary restrictions when you registered, your meal will be prepared accordingly. Please alert the wait staff at your table. If you have any questions about the menu or need to inform us of a special dietary need, please email gala@regiscollege.edu.
