alumni ambassador volunteer groups
There are three ambassador committees, each committee has open membership – any alumni may join. The committees work with the university on a variety of issues, assist with alumni events and programs, and help connect alumni with each other and Regis. Committees generally meet bi-monthly. Please email alumni@regiscollege.edu if you would like to get involved.
admissions, engagement, gold, and first-generation ambassadors
Works with IA and Alumni Relations to engage more alumni in the university community through a variety of programs and events which include traditional, educational, and service opportunities. All Alumni Ambassadors celebrating a reunion during their term will participate in their class Reunion Committee. Members will also assist with the recruitment of new members, diversifying the Alumni Volunteer groups.

Career Services / Mentorship Ambassadors
Works closely with the Office of Internships and Career Development, IA and Alumni Relations to facilitate opportunities for students to engage with alumni and each other through job shadowing, mentoring, internships, and career-focused programming.

Philanthropy ambassadors
Works with the Regis Fund staff to help meet the fundraising goals set by the university. This committee assists the staff with identifying, recruiting, and stewarding class agents and Reunion Gift Committee members. The committee also serves as a sounding board for Regis Fund ideas and strategies. Promotes all of the university’s advancement goals by recruiting and organizing alumni to participate as donors and volunteers.

Sustainer Committee
The Alumni Ambassador Sustainer Committee is comprised of members who have served two consecutive active terms. As a sustainer, a member may remain as active and engaged as they wish, including attending the fall meeting, events, etc but attendance at events and meetings along with serving on a committee is no longer a requirement.

Group Leadership
Each volunteer group will have a Lead Ambassador; appointed by the Office of Institutional Advancement. The Lead Ambassador is responsible for articulating and carrying out the group's vision, mission, and goals, planning and facilitating meetings, and ensuring members adhere to their group's focus.
Confidentiality
All volunteers granted access to giving records and contact information must use this information solely for conducting business on behalf of Regis College. Such information is confidential ad must not be shared or used for personal solicitation. Volunteers will sign a confidentiality agreement prior to the September kick-off meeting each year.
