Regis Today Class Notes

Class Reporters are responsible for keeping in touch with classmates to collect news, including address changes, marriages, promotions, births, and other exciting updates, and then informing Institutional Advancement and Alumni Relations of the news.

With a sharp focus on efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness, digital class notes allow Regis to uphold its commitment to sustainability while continuing to share the wonderful stories of our alumni, students, and other members of the community.

Digital class notes will also feature photos—and each alumna/us is welcome to send a photo with their submission. All class notes submitted to Regis will be posted publicly on the website.

There are two ways to get involved and share news in class notes:

  • Submit your updates to your Class Reporter. A full list of Class Reporters is below. Check out this list to see if there’s a Reporter for your class, and email them with your notes.
  • If your class does not have a current Reporter, or if you prefer to submit your notes individually, please complete this form by the published deadline to be included, or you may email classnotes@regiscollege.edu

RESOURCES FOR CLASS REPORTERS

To assemble class notes, reporters are in contact with all classmates. They then takes the news from the class and follows the style guide to write and edit their column, then sends it on to Regis. Regis may edit the notes for style and length if needed and publish them publicly on the Regis Alumni website.

In print, the word limit was 750 words per class, but in the digital format, there is no limit. We encourage Class Reporters to keep the columns as concise as possible, but welcome longer notes in the digital format.

If you have any questions, need an updated class list, or if you want to become a Class Reporter, contact Institutional Advancement and Alumni Relations at the phone or email address below.
