Kaitlynn Malinowski Arvidson ’04What is one of your favorite memories from your time as a student at Regis?
Senior Toast, Summer Orientation, Glee Club, Student Government Association, Dance Company, Tower Society, and spending time with friends on campus every weekend!

How have you stayed engaged with Regis since graduating?
I served two terms on the Alumni Council helping plan various engagement events and identify other opportunities for alumni to become involved with Regis. I also served as president of my class, planning our five- and ten-year reunions with my classmates. After working in corporate human resources and higher education at a state institution, I have spent the past six years working at Regis as the Director of Graduate and Professional Career Planning. I am passionate about supporting our students to identify and create a plan to achieve their goals.

What inspires you to give annually to Regis?
I am inspired to give annually as I witness the great impact my contributions have on students. The Regis community is thriving with talented undergraduate and graduate students, career-oriented academic programs, and extracurricular programming that supports student and professional development. Witnessing such dramatic growth of our programs and consistent recruitment of committed students who enter Regis having identified their goals motivates me to give back.

What advice would you give other donors considering making a gift to Regis?
Make the decision to contribute today! Any amount makes a difference. Gather with your fellow alums and each pledge to give whatever you can—it will be so appreciated by Regis students.

What do you think makes Regis stand out from other schools?
Regis has a unique sense of community composed of wonderful students, committed faculty, supportive staff, and engaged alumni. The university evolves into a "second home" for a lifetime where you can always return, connect with others, and give back in various ways.
