Regis College alumni and friends are invited to the annual Regis Cape Cod Luncheon. This year’s gathering will include a university update by President Hays, along with a presentation by Assistant Professor of STEM Dr. Shannon Hogan, who will share some exciting updates about the research Regis students are doing to find a diagnostic tool for detection of early-stage ovarian cancer. Artisan field greens salad with tomato, cucumber, radish, carrot, lemon-shallot vinaigrette
Pre-selected choice of entrée:
- Seared salmon, lemon parmesan orzo, zucchini noodles, charred tomato, balsamic glaze
- Herb Roasted Chicken, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, French-style Green Beans, Lemon Caper Sauce
