JOIN YOUR REUNION COMMITTEE
The reunion committee plays a crucial role in planning for your class reunion, encouraging your classmates to attend, and soliciting contributions for the class gift. It is the leadership and work of our reunion volunteers that make the weekend so successful, both socially and philanthropically. The reunion committee volunteer roles include: 

  • Build momentum around Reunion Weekend and fundraising efforts through outreach and engagement
  • Partner with Institutional Advancement staff to plan social aspects of Reunion Weekend, such as the class hospitality suite, 50th Reunion liturgy, class gatherings, etc.
  • Participate in zoom meetings to coordinate efforts with fellow volunteers and College staff
  • Reach out to your classmates in person, on social media, or by phone to encourage them to attend
  • Lead by example by committing to a reunion gift
  • Identify and solicit classmates for leadership-level gifts
  • Personalize letters to your classmates, using drafts provided by your staff liaison
  • Set class-gift goals and class-attendance goals in partnership with your staff liaison
