Charting a Meaningful Career: People Matter, Actions Matter

Please join us at Regis College for our next Women Who Inspire Speaker Series. Eastern Bank’s Executive Vice President Kathy Henry will share how her passion for social justice guided her career path and led her to become EVP, General Counsel, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Eastern Bank.

Kathy went from being a first-generation college and law student, to a volunteer for the Jesuit Volunteer Corp, to balancing a corporate legal career with pro bono and non-profit board service, to leading a strategic DEI initiative at Eastern Bank. 

In her talk, Kathy will offer valuable lessons she learned along the way including betting on yourself, the power of stories, benefits of being of service to others, and most importantly, the idea that people matter, actions matter.
